From that website sounds like it’s a good job

A buddy of mine spent a year in schooling, for that type of career, and was promised $30 + per hour and told how their are clients everywhere. What he found out was that there is way to much competition and to many people cutting their own throats by charging $10-15 a hour, and in the end it really didnt make much of a difference to him. Now if your lucky and can land some famous people or athletes then your set for life. But good luck landing that clientel.

Personal Trainers Ongoing Requirements?

Once an individual successfully completes an accredited Personal Trainer course, passes exams, etc and receives the certification is there ongoing “education/training” that need done to maintain the certification.. (CEUs, et..)? Or, once you get certifified, that is it, you have current certification for lifetime?

All the reputable certification programs have some sort of recertification and continuing education process. You should budget for a few hundred dollars and the time to complete the requirements. Recertifications can be annually to every four years depending on the program. Check bottom of the comparison table on the link below to see an estimate of the recertification costs per program.
