Nasm Personal Training Certification
NASM personal training program? Please help me!?
Hi everyone. I’ve been told that NASM is one the best and most recognized certification’s a person can get for personal training. I’ve looked it up and between that and all the other programs..I’m totally confused. How does this program work? Is it an online thing? Do I take a class?
Anything you can tell me would be VERY helpful!
No you don’t have to take a class, but it may help, it is a very expensive certification. The test is not accessible from your home, but you take it on a computer at a registered testing facility. Once you pass the test you get a temporary card, then the send you a real certificate.
Some other good certs are: ACSM, NSCA, and some people like ACE
