Dove, Budgie, or Cockatiel?
I’ve found a shelter with a Budgie, a cockatiel, or two doves for adoption. I’ve got a medium small cage, (3 foot tall, 2 feet wide) and I’m not so sure if I should get a dove because the cage isn’t big enough. Very small bar width, it was originally made for parrotlets, Which would you recommend? And could I have some of your opinions on all of them?
Cockatiels need room in width and height, doves the same. My suggestion would be the budgie. They don’t need as much room but the size of the cage you have would allow you to get another and have a mating pair if you decide to have little ones in the future.
